The gift card
The gift card entitles the holder to a meal at Le Jolène up to its value, chosen when ordering between €15 and €500. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The card is valid for 12 months from purchase, at lunch or dinner, during the restaurant's opening hours. It is presented when paying and is used in a single visit.
Ordering and payment
Orders are placed on this page. Payment is made by card through Stripe, a secure payment provider: Le Jolène never has access to your card details. The sale is concluded once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
The gift card is sent by email as soon as payment is confirmed, to the address you entered and, if you asked for it, straight to the recipient. It carries a unique code and a link to display or print it. If the email does not reach you, or if it is lost, write to us and we will send the link again.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw, without giving any reason, as long as the card has not been used. Simply write to contact@lejolene.fr with the card's code. You will be refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method.
