Who is responsible

What we collect

When you book: your name, phone number, email and, if you add one, a note. When you buy a gift card: your name, email, the recipient's name and your message. Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment provider; we never see your card.

Why

To manage your booking (confirmation, a reminder the day before, and one request for a review after your visit, which you can decline) and to send your gift card. If you tick the box, to send you news from the restaurant.

How long

Bookings are kept for three years so we can recognise regulars and their preferences. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Who can see it

Only the Le Jolène team. Data is hosted in France (o2switch) and is never sold or shared.

Cookies and audience measurement

No advertising cookies. A session cookie is used only when you log in to the private area. No audience measurement is used.
